Go and make disciples of all nations...
Just as we're committed to being Christ's hands extended to our neighbors, we're passionate about bringing the good news of Jesus to the corners of the Earth. We do this by sending people on short-term missions, and by supporting our long-term missionaries.

Almost every month, East Hill hosts both a Missions 101 breakfast, as well as a Missions Coffee Chat. Both events feature former and current missionaries who share their experiences and answer questions about global missions. There's no cost to attend either event. To see if a Missions 101 Breakfast or a Coffee Chat is taking place this month, check out our calendar page or contact Randy Unsbee at randyu@easthill.org or 503.661.4444 ext. 368.

Paul and Susan Condie were sent from East Hill Church over 25 years ago to serve in the Middle East. The Condies have focused their work on training and developing national leaders for evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. Their current focus is on personal mentoring and development of leadership teams, marketplace ministry, and establishing a community center in an impoverished area. |
Andy Meeko is our long term missionary to Japan where he and his wife, Junko, work towards the restoration of lives and marriages. He graduated from high school in Tokyo, received degrees from the University of Hawaii and Western Seminary, and completed his doctorate at George Fox University with a specialty in working with high-stress families. You can follow his adventures here. |

Former East Hill youth pastor Zach and his wife, Laura, are our missionaires living in Asisa. They are learning the language, fellowshipping with other believers, reaching out to friends and neighbors who don't know Christ, doing evangelism on the streets, going to hospitals to pray for people in need, encouraging the downhearted, serving in the church, raising funds for a Christian Radio Station, and helping teach Sunday School. |
Kerstin Berthold is our long term missionary in South Africa. Originally from Germany, Kerstin spent three years as an intern at East Hill before qualifying to become a long-term missionary. She now ministers at Coastlands Community Church in Cape Town, where she assists Pastor Xavier Adriaanse and extends East Hill's Healing Discipleship ministry to the South African people. |
